How can a multinational manufacturer adopt innovative ways of working in order to launch new business models, products and services with a shorter time-to-market?

Scope

Together with PwC Technology Consulting and Strategy&, we created a Digital Campus to accelerate business performance and apply new ways of working to meet the company's growth goals. The goal of the Digital Campus is to reduce the time-to-market for ongoing initiatives and act as a hub, initiating and driving necessary cultural mindset change with the help of agile and human-centered methods.

Impact

In the ramp-up phase, we were able to successfully deliver four MVP projects in an agile approach and conducted several design sprints and customer centricity workshops with the client's employees. Additionally, we established a digital academy to drive cultural change within the entire organisation and impart relevant skills to the employees in the digital age, such as design thinking, scrum and beyond.

The new "Digital Campus" drives organisational change from within the company.
