Scope

Our client is an up-and-coming FinTech that is stirring up the mobile banking market in its home country. To develop a user-centered mobile banking app, the client team was looking for qualitative user feedback.

Impact

With our proven UX testing approach we were able to help our client to directly observe and understand user behavior of their customers. For this purpose we recruited suitable users and conducted moderated user tests with them. During the tests we used an eye-tracking system. Based on the insights gained, our client was able to further develop the banking app and attract more customers.

User testing and wide-ranging research combine to form accurate product and service recommendations.
