How can a company specialised in security systems introduce co-creation and a service focus into the development of security technology?
Scope
The innovative company owns key patents for the security of the next generation in mobile banking. We identified opportunities beyond the obvious use-cases through co-creation with the client and one of their largest and most innovative banking clients.
Impact
The main outcome of this process was the prioritisation of development work and the description of MVPs, which are currently being tested by the client's sales team. The team of the respective banking client was interested in the documentation as it helped to define their internal innovation roadmaps. Our client is currently looking for investors in one of the concepts identified during the workshop.
Through research, new opportunities were found for existing technologies.
