How can a bank streamline their internal development across departments?
The business strategy of our client, an Austria-based bank, includes support for increasing their customers "financial literacy", based on innovative and transparent banking products. This way, their customers can have a clearer relationship with their money, and develop a greater level of trust with their bank.
Our client approached us to streamline their internal development processes, so that they could better introduce new banking products.
We conducted a C-level co-creation workshop involving senior management from 10 different departments. Afterwards we sketched out prioritised ideas for further internal development. Our ideas helped to position the bank as innovation leader in its markets, typified by their new mobile saving app “Impuls Sparen”.
By bringing together diverse departments, we were able to forge a new path to internal development.
