User Journey Vision

How can a dynamic mobility unicorn build and grow trust in their mobility vision and put customer comfort and safety centerstage?

Scope

The mobility provider is a key contributor to the realisation of one of Europe’s new mobility concepts. Being a totally new mode of transportation, addressing basic customer needs like safety and comfort is paramount. 

An overall service vision and user validation schema needed to be developed. Additionally, touchpoints like check-in, boarding, and platform-to-vehicle transition were to be thought through and designed.

Impact

We introduced an iterative, holistic, and user-centered development process to enhance the speed and success of implementing the system.

We defined possible user journeys alongside hypotheses regarding the specific needs of future travellers. We also proposed a combined physical and virtual reality test environment: a simulation of the complete experience.

All points of the user journey are mapped out and researched for this new form of transport.
