For the second time, PwC has invited established companies and dynamic PropTechs as part of the "PropTech: NOW" event series - with great success. The workshop & co-working space "smartvillage" in Munich has provided the event space.
As part of "PropTech: NOW", attendees were given an in-depth overview of the current state of the industry, the latest trends and expert assessments for the future development of PropTechs. As a guest speaker, PropTech founders and employees tackled current topics with a refreshingly new and practice-oriented perspective.
At the second event of the "PropTech: NOW" series, around 50 decision-makers from the real estate industry attended and used the opportunity to network with start-up founders. To kick off the event, PwC's Real Estate Asset Manager Benchmarking Survey provided insights into the current digitization status of traditional businesses. In his subsequent presentation, Martin Bittner, Senior Advisor PwC Austria, looked at cooperation between startups and corporates and their collaboration. Short presentations by leading PropTechs on current topics and trends rounded off the event.

The leasing of real estate has increasingly shifted in recent years to the online world. The recent legal restrictions of the ordering principle (Bestellerprinzip) have also played a role in the consolidation of German brokerage firms. The goal of EverReal is the efficient, central and fully digitalized management of the rental process for both customers and asset and property managers. The developed tool covers all steps from the marketing or the agreement of viewing appointments, self-information of potential tenants up to the conclusion of the lease. Due to the complete processing via a central cloud platform without media breaks, all information is centrally accessible to the participants. Nessim Djerboua is the Founder & CEO of EverReal.

After the presentations, the attendees were able to continue their personal discussions in the inspiring atmosphere of smartvillage and get further assessments from PwC experts. With continued positive feedback, "PropTech: NOW" continues to be held once a quarter to further fuel the exchange and collaboration between and with PropTech.
We look forward to your future participation.
