PwC acted as exclusive financial advisor to the private shareholders on the sale of Tiplu GmbH, a leading software company, providing data-driven, AI-powered solutions for medical coding and data processing, to LOGEX Healthcare Analytics AG, a portfolio company of Thoma Bravo

The Deal

The PwC M&A team is pleased to announce the successful sale of Tiplu GmbH (“Tiplu”) to LOGEX Healthcare Analytics AG (“LOGEX”). Tiplu is a leading provider of data-driven, AI-powered solutions for hospitals helping to make health data usable in a structured way. Tiplu’s structured patient record creates an interoperable data foundation across three core impact areas: management, clinical support, and financial performance.

Together with Tiplu, LOGEX will establish a comprehensive foundation for data-driven decision-making at all levels of hospital operations. Going forward, the two companies will jointly position themselves as an integrated partner for holistic hospital management, uniting revenue assurance, cost analysis, and clinical decision support on a shared data foundation.

The share purchase agreement was signed in June 2026 and the transaction closed in September 2026.
