Andreas started his career in 2009 in the field of international tax law and most recently advised institutional investors in the areas of real estate, distressed mergers & acquisitions and private equity for a UK law firm in Frankfurt a.M. and another Big4 entity.
At PwC, Andreas Demleitner specialises in ongoing income tax advice, international transactions, restructuring projects and venture capital investments. He regularly publishes on international tax and accounting topics and is the author of the chapter on real estate transfer tax in Beck’s Handbuch Immobiliensteuerrecht. Andreas recently published a compendium on cash pooling in corporate groups and holds a lectureship on the taxation of transformation transactions.
