Hubert Bauer is Founder of CATENIC AG in 2000 (a supplier of financial management solutions) and CEO before joining KPMG in 2013 and PwC in 2019. His Focus and more than 30 years of professional experience is on controlling, costing & accounting, financial management & solutions, global transfer pricing (tax) as well as the optimization and restructuring of shared service centers.
Hubert has significant experience with the design and implementation of technology aided tax, controlling and financial management processes.
He is oriented on the alignment between tax and controlling and supports the customization and implementation of software solutions to comprehensively automate transfer pricing.
Furthermore he is member of our global TP technology steering committee.
