Martina Westenberger has been advising clients in the asset management sector since 2008. In addition to taxation at investment fund level and at investor level, she advises on a wide range of topics relating to the German Investment Tax Act. Her focus here is primarily on the real estate asset class.
In addition to tax compliance for domestic and foreign real estate investment funds and special real estate investment funds as well as private equity funds, Martina Westenberger also advises on topics such as the active entrepreneurial management of properties or supports during tax audits. She also regularly holds seminars on the subject of investment funds in tax law.
