Petra Raspels is a partner at PwC Düsseldorf and the co-lead of PwC’s Workforce Transformation practice as well as a member of the leadership team of PwC‘s Consulting Solutions.
From July 2015 to June 2018, Petra was a member of the board at PwC heading Human Capital (Arbeitsdirektorin). Additionally, she was in charge of PwC Europe‘s People&Organisation practice for 2 years as well as a long standing member of the leadership team of PwC‘s Tax&Legal practice prior to moving to Consulting.
Workforce Transformation is specialized on an interdisciplinary approach of helping clients with all types of HR questions such reward, leadership, labour law, pension consulting and HR transformation in a broader sense including HR IT and HR function transformation. She also has a focus on Upskilling and New Work.
Workforce Transformation comprises of more than 400 dedicated specialists in Germany being part of PwC global Workforce practice.
Petra has joined PwC in 1997 and worked in Düsseldorf, London and Frankfurt.
Petra is the co-author and publisher of two books ("A-typical working relationships from a labour law, tax and social security point of view" and "Cross-border Employment").
Petra's passion is bringing her HR expertise both from being an HR advisor as well as her experience from being an CHRO herself to the table to help solving her clients' problems.
