Sebastian Lache has longstanding experience in counselling multinational clients on international tax structuring, mergers & acquisitions and cross-border reorganizations. As part of PwC's Global Transformation Group, he has a particular focus on the structuring and implementation of global Carve-Outs and IPOs.
