We offer several service packages for quick and cost-effective assessment of risks among your business partners. The packages are flexible and customisable, allowing us to meet your specific needs and due diligence obligations.
The service packages build on one another: each one adds new services while retaining all the services found in the previous packages. But even the smallest package provides a solid foundation for effectively integrating risk management and compliance into your business processes.
Detailed risk reporting is a central component of all packages. Simply provide us with the necessary business partner data, and we’ll provide you with a comprehensive Excel report within a limited timeframe. At an absolute minimum, this report contains information about high-risk business partners, along with a list of country and industry risks. It also includes business partners listed in certain benchmarks and the results of media analysis. We can also customise this report to meet your needs.
If you have specific requirements that go beyond our standard services, we also take service requests. For example, you can request analysis of additional business partner data or submit specific queries regarding sustainability agreements.
This provides you with the flexibility you need in your corporate structure, along with the necessary agility to efficiently respond to changing market conditions and compliance requirements.
The S Package includes macroeconomic analysis of business partners based on their location and industry, along with evaluation of information from media sources. We’ll also check relevant certificates, benchmarks and ratings. These analyses serve as the foundation of a concise report that highlights high-risk business partners.
The M Package includes all the S Package services, plus further data collection. If any business partners are identified as noticeable, we will generate a targeted, modular questionnaire, which we send to the business partners in question and follow up on their responses.
The L Package offers all the services included in the S and M Packages, together with an assessment of the risks posed by your business partners and their significance. These results are compiled into a report showing your business partners’ capacity to influence and contribution to causation, considering severity, likelihood and reversibility. These assessments can either be conducted entirely by us according to your individual criteria, or jointly in a workshop.
The XL Package includes all the S, M and L Package services, plus development of preventive and remedial measures and reporting to the BAFA. You just need to choose the criteria for selecting these measures – we will manage them, and draft and distribute a BAFA report.
