Redesign of the Target Operating Model

For one of our clients, we successfully redesigned the Target Operating Model (TOM) and optimized their business processes. Following a comprehensive analysis of operational procedures, we developed a customized, future-oriented TOM that addressed the client’s strategic objectives and operational requirements. Through the standardization and automation of core processes, we were able to create the foundation for our client's global growth.

Software Selection Support

In one of our software selection projects, we first conducted a detailed analysis of operational procedures and requirements to identify strengths and weaknesses in current processes. A subsequent series of workshops created and evaluated the effects of future processes through the implementation of new software. Finally, we selected the most suitable software solutions to fulfill the new processes.
